In Wyk auf Föhr nennt sich die Promenade "Sandwall" und es ist nach der Neugestaltung eine Prachtmeile geworden, hier findet man kleine Geschäfte, Boutiken, Restaurants und gemütliche Cafès, bei schönen Wetter laden diese auch zum Verweilen an der "frischen Luft" ein :-)) In der Saison -zwei mal am Tag- gibt es hier auch die guten Kurkonzerte.
